I am one person. I plan to make a difference. There is more than one issue that I plan to discuss on this forum and ultimately hope to make a difference with, even if it is just educating the reader. Some of those topics include indecent executive pay, current events and government waste. Right now I plan to make a difference in higher education reform. One of my current goals is to support and help pass the current proprosal to eliminate the Federal Family Education Loan Program and provide students with loans through the government backed William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan program. As a program that already exists, Direct Loans are serviced through the Department of Education. By supporting this proposal, more dollars go to the students and less to outside loan servicers. This eliminates the billions of dollars that our government is currently giving to student loan servicers. It is time for our tax dollars to count. Please join me in making a difference. If you have interesting content, I will be pleased to add you as a blog author or to direct people to your own blog site. It only takes one person to make a difference.
